4. No Guarantee of Funding
Submission of a transaction or a "Deal Review" does not constitute an approval or a commitment to lend. All financing is subject to full underwriting, asset appraisal, and final credit approval by the respective capital source.
5. Limitation of Liability
Centers Dynamic Capital Corporation, its officers (including Matthew Savalas, VP), and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the inability to secure financing for a specific asset.
6. Governing Law
